The project, designed by the architect João Ferros, preserves the identity and character of the palace, valuing the existing architectural elements, the gardens and the privileged relationship with natural light. The intervention is complemented by new buildings, creating a contemporary residential complex that respects the history and scale of the site.

The Palacete Douro brings together 14 residences, distributed between the historic palace and the new buildings, with typologies ranging from T0+1 to T4 and areas between 63 m² and 254 m².

In the Palacete, there are 7 apartments, which preserve the closest relationship with the historic architecture of Casa Coverley.
