In a prime location between the Alentejo countryside and the sea, it is practically equidistant from Melides, Carvalhal and Grândola. Just a few minutes from the region’s main beaches, golf courses, restaurants and services, it offers the perfect balance between tranquillity, accessibility and quality of life.

The first sales phase includes two complementary offerings: 40 turnkey houses and 15 urban plots for the construction of bespoke houses.

During the pre-launch phase, only 8 single-storey houses are available, with layouts of 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms+1, 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms+1, private gross floor areas between 129 m² and 166 m², and plots between 333 m² and 738 m². Each house has a private swimming pool and has been designed to provide a genuine connection with the surrounding nature, with a focus on privacy, comfort and outdoor living. Designed by Atelier Fragmentos, the houses draw inspiration from the Alentejo identity and blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. Construction of the first 40 houses, including the 8 units in this first phase, is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with an estimated construction period of 24 months.

As for the plots, there are 15 urban plots for construction, ranging from 834 m² to 2,388 m², with building capacity between 243 m² and 696 m². The plots allow for the construction of bespoke houses, with some units also offering the potential to build two houses, representing an interesting opportunity for capital appreciation and rental income. Each owner may decide on their own project, provided it complies with the guidelines set out in the regulations.
